This website is operated by Johar Parfum, Shop 14, Alamgir Road, Bahadurabad, Karachi, Pakistan. Placing an order means you accept the terms below.
Products and descriptions
Johar blends are our own compositions. We do not sell counterfeit designer perfume and we do not claim our blends are duplicates of any branded fragrance. Note pyramids and wear times on product pages are honest descriptions based on our own testing, but fragrance behaves differently on different skin — the times given are typical, not guaranteed.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include any applicable tax. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. Payment is by cash on delivery, bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash.
Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation message. We may cancel an order if a blend has sold out, if the delivery address is outside our courier network, or if a pricing error is obvious — you will be told immediately and refunded in full where anything has been paid.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are working days and depend on the courier. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, strikes or courier backlogs, but we will chase them on your behalf.
Returns
Sealed bottles may be exchanged within 7 days. Opened bottles may only be returned if damaged or incorrect. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.
Safe use
For external use only. Keep away from the eyes and out of the reach of children. Perfume is flammable — store away from heat and open flame. If you have sensitive skin, test a small amount on the inner forearm first.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
