Yes, nationwide. You may open the parcel and check the bottle before paying the rider. We also accept bank transfer, Easypaisa and JazzCash — prepaid orders are dispatched first.

You get a Leopards or TCS tracking number by SMS and WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is picked up. It also appears on your account page.

Free on every order above Rs. 4,000. Below that it is Rs. 150 within Karachi and Rs. 250 anywhere else in Pakistan.

Neither original designer bottles nor copies of them. Johar blends are our own compositions, built from raw materials we buy ourselves. We do not sell counterfeit perfume and we will not claim a blend is a duplicate of something famous to make a sale.

Eight to twelve hours for the eau de parfum sprays, fourteen or more for the attar oils. Dry skin releases fragrance faster, so an unscented moisturiser before you spray genuinely adds two to three hours.

An attar is pure parfum oil on a sandalwood base with no alcohol, applied by dabbing. It sits close to the skin and lasts far longer. A spray is alcohol-based, projects further, and settles closer after the first few hours.

Yes, and we encourage it. Noor or Attar Sandal underneath almost anything will extend the wear noticeably. Rose over oud — Gulab-e-Johar on top of Oudh Mubarak — is the classic pairing here.

Away from sunlight and away from heat. A drawer or the original box is ideal; a bathroom windowsill is the worst place for it. Stored properly, an unopened bottle holds its character for three years or more.

Unopened and still sealed, you can exchange within 7 days for any reason at all. Opened bottles can only be returned if the parcel arrived damaged or the wrong blend was sent.

Send us a WhatsApp message with your order number and a photo of the sealed bottle. We arrange the pickup ourselves — you do not need to visit a courier office.

Within five working days of the bottle reaching us. Prepaid orders go back to the original account; COD orders are refunded by Easypaisa or bank transfer.
