What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and email address. That is what a courier needs to reach you and what we need to contact you about the order. If you create an account, we also store your order history so reordering is quicker.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your card details — this site does not process cards. Payment happens either in cash to the rider, or directly between you and your bank through Easypaisa, JazzCash or a bank transfer.
How we use it
- To pack, dispatch and track your order.
- To send you the tracking number by SMS and WhatsApp.
- To answer your questions when you contact us.
- To send occasional emails about new blends and restocks — only if you asked for them, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only the courier handling your parcel — Leopards or TCS — and only the details needed to deliver it. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, for any amount.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep your cart contents between pages and to remember you if you log in. Nothing more.
Your choices
Ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely, and we will do it. Message +92 345 6670803 or email hello@johar.pk. We keep order records for three years for accounting, then remove them.
