The blend
- Top — Taif Rose Absolute — Deep and slightly honeyed. This is the expensive material in the bottle and the reason the price sits where it does.
- Heart — Saffron & Patchouli — Saffron sharpens the rose; patchouli gives it enough earth to stop it being sweet.
- Base — Sandalwood & Amber — Creamy and warm. This is what is left after eight hours and what most people actually fall in love with.

50ml Eau de Parfum. Blended and hand-filled in Karachi, then aged thirty days before the bottle is sealed.

Every Johar blend is built in three stages. What you smell in the first ten minutes is not what you will be wearing at dinner — and that is deliberate.

How to wear it
Two sprays is the right amount for this blend. Perfume needs warmth and a little moisture to project properly, so where you put it matters as much as how much.
Pro Tip: Layer a dab of Attar Sandal underneath and this blend will hold noticeably longer. Oil under alcohol is the oldest trick there is.

No. The saffron and patchouli keep it dry. If you want a sweeter rose, add a layer of Chandni on top — they wear well together.
Plenty do. Rose and oud is a traditionally masculine combination here. If that appeals, try layering it over Oudh Mubarak.
