Sealed bottles: 7-day exchange
If the seal is unbroken, you can exchange any bottle within 7 days of delivery for any reason at all. You do not need to explain yourself. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo showing the seal intact, and we will arrange the pickup ourselves.
Opened bottles
Fragrance is personal and, once opened, a bottle cannot be resold. So opened bottles can only be returned in two situations:
- The parcel arrived damaged or leaking.
- You received a different blend from the one you ordered.
In both cases, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at our own cost — no return shipping, no argument.

Six 3ml vials for Rs. 1,490, and the full amount is credited against your next order. Testing on your own skin before committing to a full bottle costs you nothing, and it is a far better outcome than an exchange.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed within five working days of the bottle reaching us. Prepaid orders go back to the original account. COD orders are refunded by Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer — whichever you prefer.
Gift sets
Gift sets can be exchanged while the outer case is still sealed. Once the case is opened we treat the bottles inside as opened, for the same reason as above.
