Where we deliver
Johar delivers to every city in Pakistan through Leopards and TCS. We do not currently ship internationally through the website — if you are abroad and want a bottle, message us on WhatsApp at +92 345 6670803 and we will quote you a courier rate directly.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 4:00 PM on a working day leave our Karachi studio the same evening. Anything after that, or on a Sunday, goes out the next working day. During Ramadan and the week before Eid, add one day.

Tracking
You receive a tracking number by SMS and WhatsApp the moment your parcel is picked up by the courier. It also appears on your account page under Orders. If it has not moved in 48 hours, message us and we will chase the courier ourselves.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available on every order nationwide. You may open the parcel and check the bottle before paying the rider. Please keep the exact amount ready — riders often cannot make change for large notes.
Failed deliveries
Couriers make two attempts. If both fail and the parcel returns to us, we will contact you to arrange a re-send; the second delivery charge is on us the first time it happens.
